The project to refurbish the offices and units at Chesterton Mill have enabled this site to be repurposed and brought up to date to create a dynamic workplace community.
The buildings were all stripped back to their original features and the sympathetic conversion to offices has allowed these features to become focal points whilst allowing the spaces to retain ultimate flexibility.
The spaces that have been formed from the heritage site, have been created with up to date features, including upgraded electrics and plumbing, modern steel staircases, aluminium windows, thermal insulation, and the most up to date data and internet options. This has created diverse modern workspaces perfect for current working practises situated at the heart of the local community and within the calm and relaxing setting of 18th century industrial buildings.
