We were very pleased to hand over the new boahouse off Logans Way, Cambridge for the Cambridge Rowing Asssociation and Camrowers.

The project was to build a new boathouse with associated services, external works and drainage. The delicate nature of the site required careful planning of the works so that the piling, drainage, sewerage and on-going works were considered in respect of the landscape and environment.

The new building required bored piling, in-situ concrete works, structural steel framing, metal profiled sheet cladding timber weatherboarding and brick and block walling. The Interior required installation of windows, rooflights and louvres, interior block walling fitted with changing cubicles, suspended ceilings and some sanitary fittings. and all mechanical, electrical and rainwater installations.
