The 4-bed family home has an open-plan contemporary interior, including a modern kitchen with a double-height living space surrounded by large sliding glass panels opening onto a spacious patio.
The modern design incorporates lots of glass and natural light and has been finished to a high standard. With stylish modern bathrooms, a bespoke oak staircase and under floor heating the project was highly specified throughout.
The finished house is environmentally friendly, with solar panels, central heating and cooling control systems, advanced lighting and audio visual systems and multi-room integrated data systems.
